Shantilal B. Patel is not responsible for any consequential/incidental damages, losses, injury or data corruption including but not limited to hacking, tampering or unauthorized use of your account. Shantilal B. Patel retains the right to take legal action, and solve legal disputes as per the laws of Canada, in cases including but not limited to suspicion of fraud or misuse of the site. Grace n Bless Infotech is not obligated to take any actions when a complaint is made about fraud or otherwise. All decisions made by Shantilal B. Patel and its site administrators are final. In any case of a linguistic dispute of these terms, the most current English version shall always prevail.

In any event where a term of this agreement fails to be valid or enforceable, the remainder of the agreement will remain intact.

Shantilal B. Patel retains the right to change any of these terms, the site and its content and any products and/or services at any time without prior notice.
